Returns & Exchanges

Since all of our products are made to order, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This is in line with UK consumer law for customised goods.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional charge.

Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement immediately.
You do not need to return the faulty item.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Wrong Colour

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Choosing the wrong colour

  • Changing your mind

  • Fit issues

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please check the size charts on each product page carefully before placing your order.

Address Errors

If an incorrect shipping address is given at checkout and the order is delivered to that address, we cannot offer a free replacement.
We can, however, offer a re-order at a discounted rate.

If the order is returned to sender (rare), we can resend it once the postage cost has been covered.

Lost Parcels

If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the fulfillment provider to investigate.
If confirmed as lost, we will reprint and replace it at no additional charge.

Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing the order.
After this, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refunds.
