Our manufacturing process

Everything ordered at Highpath Apparel is made to order using high-quality print-on-demand production.

Orders are only fulfilled when they are placed and from the location closest to you (UK, EU, or USA), subject to availability. This is to ensure a faster delivery and reduce the environmental impact.

If we can't fulfill your orders via the nearest hub to you (usually in the same country) then we will plant a tree via Trees Not Tees.

Delivery Timeframes

All items are made to order. Production time is between 2 and 5 business days. Please see below for Shipping times.

  • UK: 2-5 business days
  • EU: 3-7 business days
  • USA: 3-6 business days

Shipping

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the type of product(s). You can review the exact cost at checkout before completing your order.

We also offer Express Shipping on selected items.

Returns - 100% Quality Guarantee

We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, we'll replace it free of charge — no questions asked. Just email us at support@highpathapparel.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll sort it.

Because every piece is made to order and printed just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing. But we've got a detailed size guide on every product page to help you get the right fit first time.

Change my order after placing

Orders enter production quickly but we do understand that mistakes can happen. If you realise you need to change your address, size, or item, contact us immediately at support@highpathapparel.com and we'll see what we can do to help.

We cannot guarantee changes after production starts.

Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Where's my order?

If your order hasn't arrived please ensure you check:

  • Your tracking number
  • Local delivery delays
  • Whether your neighbours accepted the parcel (or inside your green bin)
  • Any missed delivery cards/emails

If it still hasn't arrived after the estimated period, contact us at support@highpathapparel.com and we'll investigate.

Printed Locally

We try to print as locally as possible for faster dispatch, lower emissions, and better quality control. If, however, we can't, we'll plant a tree via Trees Not Tees
